Gag grouper question

Hello,

I have been doing really good catching plenty of red grouper but for every 50 reds I get one gag. I usually use dead sardines and other dead stuff. Sometimes I use live bait but I get the same result. I fish around in various ledges, rocks and debris around the 60′ depth. I have no idea why there are no gags! I need some basic pointers on what gag grouper like more than red grouper.



Please if anyone has any information about it please help me out, i've been trying to serach it everywhere but didnt find any proper solution for it, please if anyone has a proper and exact information please help me out
